Three Ring Animation NOT working!

I have an Apple Watch Series 6 that does not display the animation rings when I close my rings. I have invested in countless Apple products, including this watch (Series 6), Apple TV, and Apple Fitness+. I am beyond annoyed that this feature doesn't work. I have found tons of posts all over the internet where people are having the same issue, but I have yet to find any fixes.

*I have paired & unpaired multi times

*I have the proper setting for notifications turned on & privacy turned off

How do you fix this? Or should I say when do you plan on fixing this?

Please don't send me some lame generic answer that we both know is not going to work.

Why rollout Fitness+, charge money for it, encourage people to get to moving and living an active life if you don't plan on making sure all your features work correctly.

Beyond frustrated.
