Forgotten the iCloud’s password

I am facing a problem that I sincerely wish you urgently help me to solve it.

Two days ago, I decided to upgrade my iphone so that I would have an advanced version than mine. The issue I am facing is that I can’t remember my password and that I can’t even sign to my iCloud email!!! I was obliged to send a request because I was informed in a message that my phone number is not enough to reset my password. The BIG issue is that I was informed that I will be contacted via my iCloud email of which I can’t remember the password!!! I don’t know what to do. Please help me solve this problem. Is there any other way to reset my password?! Any other channel for communication other than the iCloud email?! I believe I last changed the password in November, 2019, and that’s why I am so incapable of remembering it. Please respond whenever possible
