When an apparent error or omission may have occurred, you may have to check

with AppleCare itself to try and correct mistakes to your purchase history.

You can also go to mysupport.apple.com to find out if your device is covered. Sign in with your Apple ID, then

choose your device. Learn what to do if the information is incorrect or you don't see your AppleCare plan.

Double-check to see how the billing & payment was recorded; and review evidence.

A bank card statement or other payment method, should allow confirmation review.

Sometimes the AppleCare coverage won't display if the product was purchased from a third party. Make sure to have your proof of purchase for the extended AppleCare coverage so that any repairs will be covered. I think it may be possible to update your coverage online as well, but I'm not completely sure. Is there an option on the "Check Warranty Coverage" page to do this? Also make sure you entered the correct serial number since it is easy to mix up some letters & numbers that look a lot alike such as "B" and "8", "S" and "5", etc. Apple does not use the letter "O" so make sure you typed a zero.

Back in October when I registered my 16 inch MBP, I've already checked my appleCare+ coverage and it was there. I was surprised when I checked it now that it disappeared. Has this something to do with Apple cutting back on the support of Intel Powered MacBooks?

I've checked it with the apple support before and it has an AppleCare+ coverage. Why will take that out? The coverage should be put until 26th of July 2023.

It was bought new on y behalf in the US.

I had the receipt for the device plus the AppleCare+. I checked it online then and I've validated it at the apple website that the AppleCare+ was for the new MacBook Pro 16 inches.

Unfortunately, I misplaced the receipt and can no longer retrieve it. I never thought that apple will suddenly take out the coverage and I will again need to prove the purchase of the AppleCare+. I is not cheap

I have noticed that the Apple website sometimes won't show the extended coverage until after the original one year warranty expires. If you cannot reapply the extended coverage, then you should contact Apple directly to verify the extended coverage is already applied.

You should always keep all your receipts for as long as you own a product just to be safe. However, you should be able to get a copy of the receipt from the vendor where you purchased your Mac. If you purchased the extended coverage directly from Apple, then I would expect Apple should still have this information, but it isn't applied to the current system information.
