I want to reorganize app library on my phone. It is not in groups I prefer.

I am only disappointed with the situation because some apps are placed in multiple categories including “other”. Would be helpful reduce groupings or put my language apps together.

I understand that. The Other category also appears on my iPhone sometimes, I usually just turn off my iPhone completely, wait a few minutes and turn it on again - then the apps in the Other folder should have reorganized, to the right folders - and the Other folder disappears.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to organize the App Library. It all happens automatically, and your apps are placed in the categories chosen by the developer of each app.
We are all disappointed with the shambles that is App Library.
