Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I need to update my iPhone 6+ to iOS 13 or greater because Apple has started discontinuing iOS 12 products, is there any way I can upgrade it? My phone isn’t that much different than my grandma’s IPhone 7 and her’s has iOS 14. Please help.

Unfortunately, there is no way to update your device past iOS 12. It simply isn't possible.
