iPad Air 4 Randomly Goes To Lock Screen

My iPad Air 4 randomly blinks off to the “lock” screen all the time. Started day 1, in December 2020. No matter what I’m doing with it. (Online, YouTube, apps, Googling, doesn’t matter...) I’ve restarted, wiped and reinstalled, removed the auto lock setting, replaced the case, removed the case entirely...and Apple has remotely inspected the device and determined “no defects” to the device or bugs. Anyone have any clue?

Why does my iPad do this while turning on/off? Has anyone else noticed this? Not only did z and y switch places, but something flashes and disappears into the right side of my iPad screen when I turn it on, and a separate dot of light flashes just left of mid screen as it turns off; both of which started when the spontaneous keyboard glitch occurred. Moreover, it's in the cloud, being present on the clean iPad just given me on a repair issue. I'm beginning to think I need to leave apple to escape I know not what. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

iPad air suddenly goes black and enables lock Hi, everyone. I have two iPad airs (2nd gen) that for some time now has had an habit of suddenly going black with the “click” sound that signals locking. It can happen anywhere from a few seconds after use to a few minutes, but it just suddenly happens. Quite annoying. The devices are updated to latest os. For one of the devices it started happening after a factory reset. Anyone got a clue on how to stop this behavior? Regards Chocolate Eater
