Since AppleTV update, movies play with German audio. Settings indicate English in all sections. How do I get English back?

I am okay now. I read about swiping down while watching a movie, but my Sony TV isn't a touchscreen. It was the remote I had to swipe down!

I've tried that. When I go to settings it shows English USA. I've tried switching to another language then back to English. I've tried multiple movies. I get German, French, Italian. Settings still reads that it's set to English.
