I bought some NFC tags to create an automation using the shortcuts. Unfortunately no tags are detected with the iPhone XS running 14.5. I used the same tags to create automation in Iphone 11 Pro and is working perfectly. Any idea how to fix it? I approached apple support and unfortunately they couldn’t do much.
NFC is mostly used in precision finding and for that:

I don't know if you're the same person who posted about this before but if power cycling your phone doesn't work then there may be an issue with your phone and NFC unless you can independently check NFC against another service.
