About using samsung 25W USB-C AC Power adapter with advanced PD (Power Delivery) to charge my iphone 11

Is it safe for me to use Samsung 25W USB-C AC Power adapter with advanced PD (Power Delivery) to charge my Apple iPhone 11? I use the cable I received originally with the phone. But the power adapter is Samsung. Is it okay.

If it is 25Watts at a steady 5Volts (ie 5 amps on the output specification label) it will be OK. "Advanced PD" sounds like Samsung hype. All the power regulation is in the iphone itself.
