Is there a good CRM (Client Relationship Management) or sales tool for Mac that doesn't require data storage on a third party cloud?

Have you looked at MarketCircle's Daylight CRM tool?
Yes, its great but cloud based. For security reason we require a local Tool. Apparently this doesn't exist.. Hence my question.
Yes, with the software industry infatuated with cloud services you will likely find it supremely frustrating to find a local filesystem-based CRM solution.
