Thank you for clearing up what the problem is. If I may, I think I can explain what is happening. Apparently, your version of Safari is conflicting with the bank's server's software. This not really an unusual problem. Safari, being installed as part of the operating system, normally it cannot be individually upgraded to fix the problem. it is periodically updated when the computer's operating system is updated or upgraded. Sometimes that resolves the problem, but not always. Web site engineers write their software to work with specific browsers and specific versions of them. For some reason, they often choose to not be compliant with Safari. This is not an Apple problem as Apple has no control over the millions of web sites on the internet. You can hope that your web site's developers eventually update their site to work with (your version of) Safari, or you can use another browser that does work, such as Firefox or Chrome. Using a different browser to visit those sites often solves the problem. Also, as I said, sometimes upgrading the operating system also works.

It won't let me do online banking, Bank of America, etc. Just keeps telling me "problem repeatedly occurred" then does reload. I did check Google and apparently Safari problem and has been for a long time, but seems rather complicated to try to fix it for most computer users, can't get out of Safari, so guess I'm "out of luck" until I get some help. I can do emails and off and on Google - never know when it is going to do the reload or why?
