Sharing audio between 2 wireless headphones

I recently bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max and I I have Bose 700s and I was just wondering is there a way to share audio between my Bose headphones and friends AirPods, from one device(my phone)?

As far as I can tell this is not possible unless you have specific compatible headphones (which do not include Bose).
