My iPhone Pro 11 max is boot looping

My phone is boot looping which means that constantly turns on and off whenever it wants to my facial recognition works when it wants to and my Bluetooth will only connect for roughly 3 seconds and then it drops and then it connects and then it drops and then it connects and then it drops.
