I have a iPad now that has been activation locked for about 2 months now and I can’t get anyone to help me out with getting it off of my iPad. I don’t know exactly what it is that I am supposed to do in order to fix this problem with the iPad. I
I want more help than what I have been getting about this iPad problem. It is just like it’s not a big deal that I don’t have the ability to use my iPad. I know it’s not that hard to answer my questions about what has happened to my iPad and what I may have done wrong so I don’t have this problem again. All I can say is that apple has not even really tried to put things to the point where I can understand what it is that I have to do to fix my problem with my iPad. In some ways or another I want more than just a few words about something that I don’t even understand what there talking about. Can I possibly get some one for assist me in working this out and resolving this problem: please Help me if you can by all means I need HELP NOW because I don’t want to have a iPad that I am paying for and that I can’t even use it. So if anyone could offer some good advice as to an answer to this 2 month long program. I will be patient and wait to get some feed back to help me out with this truly upsetting issue as time goes on and I’m not going to take it much longer than I have to and I have been pushed aside I feel like I’m not at all important as a customer as I do faithfully pay my bill each and every month. So please help if you csn. I do appreciate any and all help that I can get with this matter.
