Apple Watch is now dying faster after choosing unlock iphone option

Hello.

Is anyone else shaving a problem with their Apple Watch dying extremely faster with the unlock iPhone option turned on? I used to be able to go two days without charging it. Now it doesn't last longer than 5-6 hours. I have done the whole unpairing and repairing the Apple Watch and my watch would be fine but as soon as I turn on the unlock iphone nearby option battery dies.

Any solution?

By the way I have the Apple Watch 4 (I don't think it matters)

Apple watch I suddenly cannot swipe up or down on my Apple Watch to access torch etc. It’s working fine but it’s almost like it’s frozen when I try and swipe… I’ve tried looking through app on my phone but cannot find why …. I recently updated to a new iPhone. Don’t know if this is the reason? many ideas?

Watch is locked, and I can’t unlock it My watch seemed to be stuck on the clock face. when I tried to sort it out via settings on my I phone. it has been locked, could the battery be knackered?
