This is a user to user forum, it may take more than a few minutes for someone with an answer to see your post. Please calm down.
If you need to contact Apple Support live chat, you need to go through the Support process at https://getsupport.apple.com
and hope the options you select result in a chat option. You may get Call or Email option instead of not enough reps are available for Chat.
So what is the hold up. I can't use my phone. Can turn it off. Conecting it to my computer doesn't work. I see the apple logo but that is it.
