Reminders on ICLOUD

I am trying to use my Icloud ap on my PC to update "Reminders" as the bigger screen and keyboard works better for me. I am unable to customize the reminders, e.g set dates, alerts, repeats etc. All I can do is add a reminder. If I want to customize I have to go to my Iphone and do it from there.

I researched reasons for this. I have eliminated all unused devices and made sure my Iphone, Ipad and the Icloud Ap on my pc were at latest version. Restarted my PC and to my dismay I still can't customize my reminders from Icloud. Annoying.! My son has been after me to go Android!! I sometimes get the feeling having an Iphone is almost as embarrassing as having an "AOL" email address. Please help if you can but only if you can. Responses like "I also have that problem" or "I don't use reminders" don't help.

Specifically, "Once you set up iCloud on an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or Mac, you can use the iCloud for Windows app to access your photos, videos, mail, calendar, files and other important information on your Windows PC."
