Poor Delivery Management
I bought an Apple Watch online last night through Apple.com, order number, I supposed to receive it today from 4 to 6 pm, but I did not receive my order. The tracking system shows it was delivered.
When I called the customer service, they told me that they will start their investigation and it takes two days, and I needed it for my brother's birthday tonight, so now I have to show the email I have received from the Apple company, which will have a negative impact on the Apple company delivery service.
This is not good customer service and how can I trust Apple company in the future? I paid the full price and I want the apple company to return my money soon because they could not deliver my item according to the delivery plan.
I urge the company to invest in its delivery service part and keep the value of apple high, if you check my account, I am currently an Apple user and will never be delayed in paying my payments.
