I just noticed a software update today. Anyone having the same issue trying to load it?it keeps on doing this. What’s going on Apple?

I was just on the phone with Apple Support, it's a known issue that affects only users in Australia and New Zealand. They are working on a fix, but in the meantime a workaround is to temporarily set the language to e.g. English US (instead of AU/NZ) and attempt the update again. That worked for me! After the update you can safely set it back to Aussie or Kiwi language again :-)
It’s 8am Wednesday here. Phones been locked all night & on charge. I try to press the install button but it will not launch. The button does not function at all.
Exactly the same for all our three iPhones (12 Pro Max, 12 Pro and iPhone SE). Is Apple even made aware of this issue?
Me too - much be a corrupted localised language readme file somewhere or something ... glad it's got an easy fix (and that they can probably fix it at the Apple end for everyone else!)
I spent over an hour in chat with apple. Tried everything & nothing worked. Tried to book a call back with a senior engineer, their booking tool was not working. So I’ll have to contact chat in a couple hours & hope there booking tool is working to make an appointment. Shirt answer still no idea what’s wrong.
Wifi even at home is strong signal still doing the same. I’m in Melbourne.
Already did as well as force restart on the iPhones, didn't help. It's something else

Unfortunately, none of these address the issue where the OTA update screen is corrupted, except as a workaround to update using a computer, which can have its own issues.
Do we try & update via our macs/pc and take the chance? Is apple going to fix the corrupted software? I don’t particularly want to restore my device, it’s a pain in the neck.
My phone is a iPhone 11 Pro Max 512 gb. The phone has now detected the update, but the update itself is still corrupted won’t load.
I tried deleting the software update and restart it, no glory from that. On chat to apple support at the moment. My iMac stops the install at 1m 33seconds & won’t continue.
