Music question mark on Macbook pro dock

Macbook pro recently returned after repairs and the "music" icon on the dock is a question mark. there is also a question mark for "Podcasts" and "TV". Can't find the "music app" and suggestions?

Thanks

Tony

Get a badkup right now, if you do not already have one. If you have one, maybe get another.

Did the same macOS version get re-insatlled, or did you somehow get a downgrade?

If the Music app exists in the Applications folder, delete the icon from the Dock and drag the Music app back to the Dock to add the icon.

If the Music app does not exist in the Applications folder, the the install is incomplete or corrupted. Or maybe an older version of macOS than you’d had.

Here is how to re-install macOS, which can clear up missing apps > How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support. (Do not erase!)
