I have purchased iPhone 12 on March 4th 2021 and am using it now and am facing the issue like am unable to take a screenshot using power button + volume up ,accessibility ,double tap also I tried these options but didn’t work,and I tried after restart the system too but didn’t work as expected.

Please read: Take a screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support.
If it doesn't work, reset settings, NOT Erase All Content and Settings: Return iPhone settings to their defaults - Apple Support. This will not erase personal data.
