How can I turn off the Screen Time restrictions on an old iPad mini 3 V12.5.3 if I have forgotten the 4 digit passcode?

Hi Jack,
Unfortunately that is for iOS 13 or later, very easy but I have an old iPad mini 3 and I only go up to V12.5.3 and that version does not have the forgot password option.
I looked at a factory reset but the screen time passcode pops up and will not allow me to advance without it.
I'm logged in with my Apple ID, can I force an format from iCloud?
