how do I unlock my Icloud on my Iphone 11 when I forgot my password I cannot use my phone

how do I sign out of my Icloud when I forgot the password i keep trying to reset the phone its in restore mode but not doing anything from that screen just showing the plug going in the screen with the box , will it reset and how long will this take this is an Iphone 11 and I can use my phone because i'm locked out of my Icloud.
