i can't access to the phone because i forget my icloud password

I can't login to my icloud because i forget the password , i buy a phone from a Magasin in morroco and when i flash the phone they ask me to put the credentiels that i don't have , please i need help

forgot old phone iclouud password i buy new phone and remove old phone from list of apple devices and i try to reset it all to factory setting. but after setting I have try to open it but it asks icloud password which I sign up this phone while i purchase it. please help me again to use this phone again as it is locked and i cant use it anymore
