Follow the instructions in this link to erase / reset your iPhone and then set it up again. The phone will then look like it did when you first powered it up.
If you forgot your iPhone passcode
It might be a good idea to write down important items like your password and passcode and keep them in a safe place.....even if you are sure that you will never forget them.
And when you erase the device using the directions frazzm737 provided, do yourself a favor and when you create a passcode again, write it down somewhere safe for easy recall so you don't have to go through this again.
I have a feeling that no matter how many times we advise users to write down important information and keep it in a safe place, they will basically ignore us.

Me too. I don't have enough fingers and toes to count the number of users who come here every day asking what to do when the forgot their passcode.
I have a little metal bound notebook, in a safe place, with every password I use for everything we have which uses a passcode/password. And when I change a code, I update the notebook religiously.
