Hi there - has anyone experienced the following issue and know how to resolve it?
apple tv light continues to flash and no longer recognised/ so cannot access settings
What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support
First try a restart, to see if that improves things. (Disconnect from power for a minute or two.)
Else the unit may need to have the system software restored. How that is done depends on the exact model. Restore your Apple TV - Apple Support
