How do you print Apple invoices? All I get is a blank page!!!

Doesn't work, as VAT not shown in Purchase History.
I need a full receipt, which arrives by email, but is unprintable!
The e-mail in hand and Choose Export as PDF. Examine the newly created PDF - is the VAT included ?
Tried that. Gave me a nice blank page with the email header (to / from/ date etc)
Never experienced this before. What about Copy and Paste to Pages or Word.
Storage emails up to a few months ago printed OK, it's the last three months!
