Cant find my money

I got A message from apple that telling me that im charged with 489.99EGP for nothing , i searched for purchasing history and there was nothing coasting this amount , what should i do!

Charged for nothings The past couple of days I’ve noticed that apple had been trying to take £8.49 from my account, but luckily I transfer my money into other accounts so it couldn’t take it. But the other day it ended up actually taking the money, and I don’t know why. before you tell me to check the website so that you can see your purchases and subscriptions, I already have and nothing is coming up. I’ve Googled it and apparently other people have had apple randomly take £8.49 to with no explanation. I’m not sure if this is actually apple or some kind of scam, please help me.

Not a valid payment without a document and a trace from apple.com/bill for 139.99 BGN. I don't have any information about such a purchase for 139.99 BGN or for a subscription, neither on email in the mail, nor in the history of purchases, nor anywhere, but they were deducted from my bank account, together with this 1.99 BGN, which are to buy iCloud storage and for which I have an invoice email. And I have no information about this 139.99 BGN. I've checked everywhere. I can't get through to anyone at apple to find out what they are for and ask for a refund.Please for advice.

I sincerely doubt that message came from Apple. Looks like a scam to me.
