Two time zones in Calendar (Big Sur)

On iPad's calendar app, you can have two time zones in an event (start and end time), such as for flights. Is there a way to do this for the macOS version?

Calendar time zone for airline flights Apple calendar has always made sense to me on iPhone/iPad- i.e. I can enter the time zone for the departure and arrival of airline flights separately. Windows does the same. But I'm new to MacBook Pro (Monterey 12), which only allows one place to enter a time zone. This seems bizarre to me, what am I doing wrong?

Mac calendar - how to add flights that depart/arrive in different timezones Does anyone know how to add flights that depart and arrive in different time zones to a Mac calendar? For example: I am adding a flight from Sydney to Doha. Flight departs at 9pm Sydney time on 13 June, arrives in Doha at 5am 14 June. If I add this to the calendar, it shows up as an 8 hour flight arriving at 5am next day in the Sydney timezone however its actually a 14 hour flight landing in a different time zone. Does anyone know how a work around for this? Thanks in advance!

Inconsistency between macOS & iOS Calendar In Calendar: In macOS 13.4, I can set a custom travel time, but I can't in iOS In iOS 16.5, I can set different time zones for start and finish times, but I can't in macOS Why? It's inconvenient and strange.

Yes. It's automatic when you start a new event and click on Alert:

You can set the default start time in Calendar's Alerts preference pane:
