h2oc2322 bluetooth connection???

I just got a new iPhone 12 Pro (just set it up 3 days ago) and I noticed there is a bluetooth device that I can't delete.

The name is "h2oc2322". It does not show the (i) icon to the right for me to select it and get more info/delete it.

I'm a little concerned it may be some kind of spyware??

There's no way for me to get rid of it without just turning off bluetooth all together.

Anybody know what this could be and how to get rid of it???
