now itunes wont recover my ipad it was in the process when the kids unpluged it

recovery hello. i just resetted my entire 1st generation ipad. but it shows up with a itunes with a charger plugged into it. ive tried to recover it on my windows pc and my mothers macbook air... but it just won't work! Ipad2 Recovery Is there a trick to Recovering an IPAD2? Recovered twice then it disappears and cant be seen on Itunes. Leads you to Recover but sticks on "Waiting for Ipad"
