I purchased a iTunes gift card. It was activated by the retailer. But I get an error that says the card is not active. How do I fix this issue?
How do I get an iTunes gift card activated. I purchased it at a retailer, they activated it. But when I try to redeem it in the App Store it says it is NOT active. I have the receipt that show it was activated. How do I fix this?
