WiFi and Hotspot Connectivity It appears that I am connected to WiFi in settings (blue check mark next to WiFi network that has been selected). However, there is not WiFi icon in upper hand corner. Same problem when trying to connect to hotspot.

The check mark is found in my wifi at the setting page but when I go back to my home page there is no icon that shows i am connected. It only shows that i am connected to my data plan indicated by ‘LTE’ sign. Im afraid this will cost me money. No wifi icon on my home page despite what the setting indicates that im connected.
