Hi Help_Isaac,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

We are happy to help with Screentime and allowing access to a website during Downtime. You do have the option to allow a website to be accessible during downtime in the Screen Time Settings.

Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch here. Check out the section "Prevent web content". You would need to add the specific website in the section "Always Allow".

Have a nice day!
