HomePod error

I recently changed my account from a country to another, and since repaying for Apple Music, it works perfectly on the app but when I ask my HomePod to play a song it'll play a random song from my iTunes library which was downloaded off of a DVD or browser. How can I fix that?

  • On your iOS device check that you have Sync Library enabled. In Settings>Music
  • Make sure also that you are signed into HomePod with the same Apple ID you are using on the Apple Music app.. You can check this in the Home App:

Open the Home App - go to the Room it’s in

Long press on the HomePod icon to bring up settings, scroll down to Primary User - sign out, then sign back in
