Can someone recommend a blocker for robocalls? I get many many from area code 646, and though I block each one, they keep coming with a different number after the area code. Thanks.

See what options your cellular carrier offers. The best way to deal with it is to block them at the network level, before they ever get to your phone.
There's always the option to silence unknown callers in Settings>Phone.
