My camera quits being recognized in Microsoft Teams after I use it in another app (Zoom). I tired to troubleshoot it, but "Camera" not appearing in the sidebar in Privacy tab under 'Security & Privacy' System Preferences? I have a MacBook Pro and OSX El Capitan 10.11.6. What's up?

Since it's not appearing as expected, we recommend resetting the SMC to rule out any power or feature related causes. To reset, follow the steps here:
