How to synch iPad Air to iMac

Connect it to the iMac.

If you are using a system older than Catalina (OS X 10.15.x), iTunes will open. There, you can select your iPad in the upper-left corner, and select what to sync (Music library/selected playlists/albums/artists, Fotos etc.)

I am not sure though wether you can do this on more than 1 computer, so if you already synch with another mac...

just try, nothing happens if there's a restriction
