My voicemail tab has no ‘setup’ feature

It looks like you're trying to set up Visual Voicemail. 'With Visual Voicemail, you can see a list of your messages and choose which ones to listen to or delete.'

'If you can't set up Visual Voicemail, contact your carrier to make sure that your plan supports the feature.'

Go back to your phone carrier and speak to someone higher up and not a sales rep. Voicemail is a phone carrier feature, the fact that you have call voicemail means your line isn't provisioned to use visual voicemail.

There is nothing for Apple to do here.

Thank you for a prompt response. I had no access at all to voicemail. I was able to resolve it on the phone with ATT. Just got a service tech that was inexperienced I guess. They disabled and then enabled visual voicemail.
