After doing the latest update my phone will not play through AirPods. It shows hooked up on the bluetooth but no sound. O

If they seem to be connected, but won't play, try this:
1) Open the Control Center
2) Long press on the music controls
3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)
4) Select AirPods
If no help, try a full reset:

After doing the latest update my phone will not play through my air pods. They register on the Bluetooth and say connected but will not play in them or receive phone calls on them.
