is anyone else having trouble getting their lightning SD card reader to work/connect/import photos onto their devices?
I have tried turning iPhone off, back on, opening camera and closing etc as suggested elsewhere but nothing is working.
the closest to connecting, and phone acknowledging the connected accessory was a pop up message saying the accessory was not supported.

Since you received an error letting you know the accessory is not supported, we recommend trying the troubleshooting steps found here: If you see an ‘Accessory may not be supported’ alert. In addition to those steps, you can try to isolate the issue by testing it with another iOS device. If the card reader does not work with another iOS device, the issue might be that the reader is defective.
