I recently just got my air 4 and whenever i'm charging it it keeps getting stuck at 85%. And when i restarted it it got up by 1% and then it is stuck again. What should i do? It took 5 hours for me to fully charge my ipad from 82% to 100%. Is that normal?

If you are using the supplied 20W adapter, your iPad will charge fast to between 80%-85%, but will charge somewhat more slowly from that point to 100%
Not sure what is going, but your iPad Air 4 should not take any longer than 3 hours, or so, to fully charge.
