I saw a little red light in my iphone xr and I’m scared it’s something or “someone” or is it a sensor

Hi, it’s a new feature in iOS 14 , it means that your microphone is active in the background , if you see a green dot it’s the camera. Check which apps you have open that are using the microphone.
