I want to ask some questions about buying a mac refurbish
Over the years since 2006, I have purchased a 15” MacBook Pro, a 27” iMac, and 2 MacBook Airs. All of them have been absolutely pristine, with no sign of physical or operational issues. I don’t know what the initial reason for the units being returned to Apple, but whatever the issue was, it was no longer evident. All the units listed above are still operational.
For the two most recent purchases (MacBook Airs), I have used the savings to purchase AppleCare Plus for them.
One thing to note: If you have a specific model/specs in mind and you spot it on the refurbished store, be prepared to click the “Buy” button, as supply is constantly charging.
