Sandisk installation

Hi all, I've just got a 32GB SanDisk Ultra Shift flash drive and when I try to install it, for some reason I cannot install on my hard drive. I have 1TB total, with 536GB free.

Does anyone know if this is a restriction regarding the product?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Flash drives are plug-and-play data transfer devices: no installation required.

If there is software on the device that does not install contact the software's developer.

If the drive is not recognized by MacOS try opening DiskUtility, view all devices, and check how the device is formatted (NFTS is not supported, must other formats are).
