Hi Kyle_0315,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that the Face ID section is missing on your iPhone and you would like to get the Face ID section back, is that correct? If so, let’s make sure that the software on your iPhone has been updated to the latest supported version iOS 14.5.1. If your iPhone has not yet been updated to iOS 14.5.1 make sure to back up your iPhone first before updating it.

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Next check to see if Screen Time is enabled in Settings > Screen Time. If it is, go to the Content & Privacy Restrictions section. If Passcode Changes is set to "Don't Allow", select "Allow". See if you are able to located Face ID & Passcode in Settings now.
