I bought 200 GB icloud one month ago and it’s renew 4 times during this month. Why ? Also I can’t cancel icloud storage plan.

If your Visa card has been canceled you'll want to update your payment method using the steps from this article:

Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support

You may need to add a new payment method before deleting or editing the current payment method. Once the new payment method has been added make it the default payment method and then delete the old payment method.
