The company canceled the Visa Card from my device, but it continues with the monthly cut off from my account ,,, I do not understand the reason for the cut off the money from my account , knowing that I canceled the subscription, the problem continues with me, what should I do?

If your Visa card has been canceled you'll want to update your payment method using the steps from this article:
Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
You may need to add a new payment method before deleting or editing the current payment method. Once the new payment method has been added make it the default payment method and then delete the old payment method.
