I’ve got a refurbished phone from Japan (I’m in Australia now) and I can’t turn off the shutter sound for it, is there anyway I can switch it off by doing something like a reset so I can turn it off because it’s no longer in Japan. Thanks

No. The shutter sound can not be silenced on devices sold it Japan or South Korea. the device complies with the laws of the country in which it was originally sold. This can not be changed.
