App store ạnd itunes account is disabled

Suddenly, my devices cannot update app and download at app store.

I tried changing the password; sign out and sign in again but it has not been effective. So, how can I fix it error?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open.
